Author’s Notes: FYI, fullwing = winged human capable of flight. Halfwing = fullwing/human halfbreed, usually unable to fly, sometimes have vestigial wings, but can be removed to pass as human and not as winged.
Summary: The rescue attempt is made, though Adam finds himself a little worse for wear, and Andy and Ruby finally arrive at the safe haven, leaving Hamish and Andy to have their so-sweet-it'll-kill-you reunion. :P
